About Lester

To expand our business process outsourcing services we formed a Joint Venture and acquired Lester Inc in 2004.

Lester was originally incorporated in 1981 in the U.S. and is based in East Haven, Connecticut. Lester provides business services to the B2B media industry, fund raising services to the not-for-profit and education sector and consumer technical support services.

The business services for B2B media companies include services to acquire, manage and renew subscribers for their magazine, newsletters, events, online portals and webinars. We service Non-Profit Institutions such as schools, colleges and others with fund raising campaigns using combination of social media and traditional methods for superior results.

Rajiv Samant,

CEO

Rajiv started his career at Intel in 1985 on Unix Operating System. Over the last 28 years he has been in leadership roles at McKinsey (Electronics Practice Leader), IBM (General Manager of AIX Division), and Disney (Senior Vice President). He is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Nikhil Kothari,

Managing Director

Nikhil Kothari, an experienced entrepreneur began his career in 1992 in the manufacturing sector with Jaysynth, and founded Enlink an IT Services company in the year 2000. Nikhil holds an Engineering degree in Electronics from Mumbai University and is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization. Early in his career at Jaysynth, Nikhil played an instrumental role in optimizing manufacturing operations in the textile dyes division and subsequently lead the pigment division as a profit center head. In 2000, after founding Enlink he successfully executed technical support contracts with leading OEMs, lead the acquisition of Lester and built the consumer internet services business at Lester. Nikhil continues to lead Enlink in its journey as a premium provider of technology enabled services and solutions and continues as Managing Director at Jaysynth. Spiritual in nature Nikhil believes in the life principle of simple living, high thinking.

Casaundra Beach,

Senior Vice President of Fundraising

Casaundra Beach is the Senior Vice President of Lester Inc. Responsible for marketing, sales, and operations, she brings over 20 years of experience that covers all facets of outsourced marketing. She is instrumental in all aspects of client services and satisfaction in both Non-Profit and B2B arenas with her main focus continually on providing client solutions. Casaundra is a magna cum laude graduate of Southern New Hampshire University.

Lisa Pistilli,

VP Business Development

Lisa Pistilli is the Vice President of Business Development at Lester. Lisa has been with our company for over 15 years. She is instrumental in managing all of Lester’s Publishing and Information Services clients. Prior to Lester, Lisa worked as a circulation manager at Kappa Publishing and then Chilton Company. Lisa earned her BBA in Marketing at George Washington University and her MBA in General and Strategic Management from Temple University.

Peter Sanford,

VP Finance and Human Resources

Peter Sanford is Vice President of Finance and Human Resources. He is in charge managing the day-to-day finances and also enforcing Lester’s HR policies and compliance with all US regulatory guidelines. Peter joined Lester in 2005 and has more than 20 years experience in Finance and Accounting.
