Process Workflow

Step 1

Stage 2 – Product Shortlisting

The next step in our process is Product Shortlisting and Evaluation, This involves shortlisting products, comparing product features, pricing, and support options to determine which products will provide the most value to our customers:

This involves researching different products from different manufacturers. We have a team of subject matter experts who review industry publications, attend trade shows, and other sources to keep themselves abreast with the latest in the technology Industry.
  2. Evaluate product features: After identifying potential products, our team evaluates the features of each product to determine which one will best meet the customer’s needs. This may involve comparing the features of different products, reviewing product specifications, compatibility with existing infra and other forms of evaluation.
  3. Conduct product testing: Once we have identified potential products and evaluated their features, we conduct product testing to determine how well each product performs in our customer’s IT environment. This involves installing and configuring the product in a test environment and evaluating its performance under different conditions.
  4. Compare costs: While evaluating product features and performance, we also compare the costs of different products to determine which one offers the best value for our customer’s.
  5. Recommendation: Based on the results of the product evaluation process, we make recommendations to our customer about which product is the best fit for their specific use case. This involves presenting a product comparison chart, outlining the benefits and drawbacks of each product, and recommending based on the customer’s needs.

Stage 3 – Sourcing

The next step in our sales process is Sourcing. EnlinkIT sources products needed by our clients from various manufacturers and/or distributors. We are official channel partners with a variety of manufacturers and distributors to provide our clients with wide range of products and services depending on their needs.

  1. Negotiate pricing and terms: We negotiate pricing and terms with the manufacturer or distributor to ensure that our customers get the best possible deal. This involves negotiating volume discounts or other factors.
  2. Place order: Once the pricing and terms have been agreed upon, we proceed to place the order with the manufacturer or distributor. This involves submitting a purchase order, making a payment, or other steps depending on the specific purchasing process.
  3. Track order: After the order is placed, we will track the order to ensure that it is delivered on time and in good condition. This involves tracking the shipment, coordinating delivery, or other steps to ensure that the products are delivered as expected.

Stage 4 – Installation and Configuration

The last step in this process is the Installation and Configuration. Depending on the terms of engagement with our clients, we may offer installation and configuration services to our customers.

  1. Pre-Installation Planning: The scope of installation, hardware and software requirements and timelines are already communicated at the time of engagement. Post the product delivery, we work with our customers to plan the installation and configuration process.
  2. Installation: We begin the installation process by installing the product software and any necessary drivers or dependencies. This involves performing the installation on multiple servers, depending on the scope of the project.
  3. Configuration: Once the software has been installed, we work on the configuration process. This involves configuring the product to work with our customer’s existing infrastructure, setting up user accounts and permissions, and defining the appropriate network settings.
  4. Integration: If the product being installed and configured needs to integrate with other systems or applications, we perform this step. This involves configuring APIs or other interfaces, setting up data integrations, and testing the integration to ensure that it is working as expected.
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Once the installation and configuration are complete, we perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure that the product is working as intended. This involves testing the product’s functionality, performance, and security features.
  6. User Training: After the installation and configuration are complete, we provide user training to ensure that our customers are familiar with the product’s features and capabilities. This includes a wide range of services, depending on the needs and requirements of the customer, some of them are:

  4. Help Desk Support: We provide help desk support to our customers,. This involves resolving technical issues and answering questions related to IT systems and infrastructure. This is provided through phone or email support or remote tech support or through a self-service portal.
  5. Disaster Recovery: We develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure that the customer’s IT systems are restored in the event of a data loss or system failure.
