Saloni N Kothari

President & Director

Saloni, the President & Director of Enlink, is a highly accomplished professional. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA in Finance from ITM. She began her career as an intern at JM Financial and then at PPFAS as a research analyst for PMS and Equity investments. Post marriage she overlooked the family office and its various investment strategies. Always a multi-tasker, besides being a homemaker she also supervised her family business of Unifoil, a distributor of hot stamping foils. Since 2015 she has played an active role at Enlink to evolve the solutions portfolio. Being a people person, Saloni played a critical role in building the IT Training Certification and Staff Augmentation Services at Enlink. Saloni played competitive tennis during her college days and was ranked at the top, as India’s number one in the early 1990’s. She continues to reflect her passion for excellence in business as she did as a professional tennis player.

Nikhil S Kothari

CEO

Nikhil Kothari, an experienced entrepreneur began his career in 1992 in the manufacturing sector with Jaysynth, and founded Enlink an IT Services company in the year 2000. Nikhil holds an Engineering degree in Electronics from Mumbai University and is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization. Early in his career at Jaysynth, Nikhil played an instrumental role in optimizing manufacturing operations in the textile dyes division and subsequently lead the pigment division as a profit center head. In 2000, after founding Enlink he successfully executed technical support contracts with leading OEMs, lead the acquisition of Lester and built the consumer internet services business at Lester. Nikhil continues to lead Enlink in its journey as a premium provider of technology enabled services and solutions and continues as Managing Director at Jaysynth. Spiritual in nature Nikhil believes in the life principle of simple living, high thinking.

Deepak Itkar
