Monitoring & Alerts

Tech-Assured monitors the servers 24/7 and alerts the customer contact based on the priority of the alert and switch router.
Simultaneously, our subject matter experts troubleshoot and fix the reported issue remotely. We use open source monitoring tools that monitor servers utilizing standard SNMP data collection, SNMP Trap receiver, and Syslog monitoring. Our internal remote access and control tools are used to perform standard operating procedures (SOPs) or advanced trouble-shooting services.
We use standard or customized monitoring templates. Our monitoring services are enabled on switches and routers to monitor availability monitoring (Ping), switch resources (CPU, memory, fans, power supply, temperature, voltages), SNMP based asset inventory, bandwidth performance, scheduled proactive maintenance, backup of network device configurations and firmware upgrades. In addition for firewalls and wireless access points we check VPN status, interface utilization, uptime, reboots & restarts.

Examples of issues fixed include port is disabled or miss-configured, router configuration backup failed, troubleshooting the configuration, modifying the ACL etc Besides remediation using standard operating procedures our subject matter experts also report incidents to clients along with root cause analysis with the objective of preventing future re-occurrences.
